Choose this enrolment if you are NOT planning on pre-funding your HSA (or PHSP) for employees and have less than 50 employees including yourself.
Please note that not pre-funding your account will result in slower claim times for your employees and you will be asked to select a monthly or quarterly schedule. Employees that submit a claim will need to wait until the period ends and an invoice is sent to your company and paid before their claim will be paid out. This may result in a period of many weeks or months before they are reimbursed. For some consultants and contractors, this type of plan aligns with how often health claims are dealt with and requires less capital be held outside of the business.
Once claims are processed and the invoice generated, the fees charged by HealthRabbit are non-refundable.
